Our company in view of this situation, develop a kinds of solvent screen printing ink special for PP plasitc, which made of import material, good covering, abrasive resistance, and alchoho resistance, Excellent printing performance.
Application
Suitable for PP, PE, coated product, and aluminum sheet.
Printed effect
Smooth, scuff - resistance, gloss.
Diluents using
Diluent X-758; Retarder X-768 in Summber; Desiccant X-718 in Winter. Wash X-705
Covering
Printing by 300 mesh, 1kg ink can be print 30sg.m.
Drying:
By nature(25ºC degree): surface dry in 10min. complete dry in 24 hours.
By Oven: complete dry 60ºC~70ºC degree in 10min.
