BiPAP ST30 (Bi-Level Positive Airway Pressure) are designed for the treatment of adult Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) /Central Sleep Apnea(CSA) / Hypopnea/ COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) /Snoring.
Comparing DS-7(ST25), DS-8( ST30 ) has one more mode----APCV
APCV mode is particularly for critical patients who has rapid and shallow breathing (high frequency breathing) and low tidal volume. It mainly aims to get the targeted tidal volume, commonly used for hospital. We suggest patients use ST mode after leaving the hospital, and don't use APCV mode for a long time.
