Features:
The baffle plate, as the name implies, is a plate used to change the flow direction of the fluid. It is often used to design the shell side medium flow channel of a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. The number of baffle plates is determined according to the nature and flow of the medium and the size of the heat exchanger. The baffle is arranged on the shell side, which not only improves the heat transfer effect, but also supports the tube bundle. There are two types of baffles: bow and disc-circular. There are three types of bow baffles: single bow, double bow and triple bow.
PTFE (abbreviated as PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", is a polymer made by polymerizing PTFE as a monomer. White waxy, translucent, excellent heat and cold resistance, and can be used for a long time at -180~260ºC. This material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents.
