Mono Potassium Phosphate is an excellent potassium & phosphorus fertilizer. It is an inorganic compound. Appearance white crystal powder and it is easy to dissolve in water, the aqueous solution is slightly alkaline, slightly soluble in alcohol, and is hygroscopic is autolysis at a high temperature. It is widely used in almost all types of crops, grain, melon and fruit, vegetables, and so on.
Uses: Applied in Industry as Leavening agent, Nutrition fortifier, Buffering agent, Chelating agent.It can be widely used as a bacterial culture agent, a flavoring agent for synthetic sake, as a raw material in potassium metaphosphate production, and as a culture, reinforcing, leavening, and fermentation agent in yeast.
