KA Series three-phase synchronous brushless generators are our company new products, which are basis on the internationally advanced technology. These products draw on the world's largest electrical machinery manufacturers' successful experience of using a number of their own innovative technology, such as insulation, ventilation, base structure, materials and surface treatment, optimizing the design. Therefore, generator power density, efficiency, center high dimensions, as well as electrical, mechanical properties, etc., are up to the world advanced level.
The products comply with JB/T10747-2007, International Electrotechnical Society IEC60034-22: 1996 "Reciprocating internal combustion engine driven alternator", GB755 Chinese rotary motor general technical conditions and BC5000 UK and North America NEMA MG1-22 standard.

Products character:

2. Reorganization the twelve terminal block wiring to fit the different voltage requirements.
3. Standard 2 / 3 pitch windings curbed excessive midline current, making it very easily to operate with other generators in parallel.
4. Unique overall design of salient-pole rotating magnetic field, taking into account the advantages of separation of salient-pole and hidden structure, but also improved the thermal conditions and the winding coil increased mechanical strength.
5. Easy installation, convenient maintenance, with easily operated terminal, rotating diodes and the bolt axis.
6. Both of the single and full pivot type structures, in compliance with all the leading diesel engine land assembly interface standards.
7. A completely continuous damper winding and 2 / 3 pitch windings inhibite the voltage sinusoidal waveform distortion efficiently, and also reduce the generator THF andd TIF.
