Name: Hemofiltration Basic Solution
[Indications]This product is a special drug for continuous blood purification. It is used to replace water and electrolytes in the body during hemofiltration treatment and replace part of the functions of the kidneys.
[Ingredients]This product is a compound preparation, its content is shown in the table below:
[Appearance]This product is colorless clear liquid.
[Storage] Sealed storage at 10~30ºC.
[Usage and dosage]This product does not contain potassium ions, which is helpful for removing excess potassium ions from the body and maintaining normal blood potassium concentration. However, when necessary for clinical treatment, potassium salts should be added based on the patient's blood electrolyte analysis results. Add 1ml of 10% potassium chloride injection to each bag (4000ml) of this product, and the potassium ion concentration will increase by 0.335mmol/L.
After adding potassium salt, this product is used as the A liquid part and combined with sodium bicarbonate injection (B liquid part) for continuous blood purification. Under normal circumstances, each bag (4000ml) of this product is mixed with 250ml of 5% sodium bicarbonate injection, and is injected into the body through a blood purification device. The dosage depends on the time of continuous blood purification, generally 3L-4L/hour.Please refer to the manual for details.
