WELDING POSITIONER
The CNC series light displacement machine is mainly used for welding circular welds.
The main function is to tilt and rotate the workpiece, so that the weld seam is placed in the optimal position such as horizontal or ship shaped for welding. This equipment can be used to fix chucks or specific fixtures on the workbench to clamp workpieces for manual welding, or can be used in conjunction with welding machines to achieve automatic welding. It can also be used for cutting, polishing, assembly, testing and other processes.
1. The rotary mechanism of the positioner is driven by a well-known brand stepper motor, with stepless and adjustable rotation, and stable at low speeds;
2. Worm gear and worm flipping mechanism, with self-locking function, with an adjustable flipping angle of 0-90 degrees;
3. The workbench has a central through-hole, which allows long workpieces to pass directly through the through-hole. During welding, it is convenient for protective gas to enter the pipeline and improve welding efficiency.
4. Special anti electromagnetic interference design effectively reduceshigh-frequency interference during TIG welding, which can effectively improve
welding quality;
5. Configure a controller with automatic control function to control the operation of the welding machine and achieve linkage between the positioner and the welding machine;
6. It can be configured with a welding chuck and a gun adjustment mechanism to fix the position of the welding torch and adjust the relative position of the workpiece and the welding gun;
7. Configurable guide rails and pneumatic centers, achieving self centering and automatic clamping functions for workpieces;
8. Existing positioner can be upgraded and modified according to customer requirements to enhance automation level
