The integral stopper is installed in the tundish, controlling the flow by adjusting the opening between the stopper tip and the tundish nozzle bowl. Argon-blowing stoppers also has the function of clean up the floc in stopper tip and the nozzle bowl. We design stopper tip curvature and dimensions according to customer requirements and offer stoppers made from aluminum-carbon, magnesium-carbon, zirconium-carbon, and magnesia-alumina spinel carbon materials. These stoppers provide excellent erosion resistance, steel flow control, and compatibility with various blowing methods to suit different steel grades and service life needs.

A: Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before storing in the warehouse. Defective goods are not allowed in the finished goods warehouse. And the warehouse storing condition would be confirmed every day.

A: Yes, when you are placing order, we will confirm with our company related department and get the answer, and will reply the definite delivery time, and we will confirm with forwarders before shipment a week about shipment date.
Q: What is your lead time?
A : It usually need about 20 days after receiving the deposit , the details depend on the order request, such as if it is the customed product, order quantity or order seasons. However, we will reply you in time according to your order. Quick response will be done in time.

A : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be paid before loading container or by LC, or other payment terms.
