2.Drawing machine

3. Straightener
A passive straightener composed of two sets of 90-degree bending rolls (combining form of up 4 & down 5). Motored by the tractor, it will produce proper tension to straighten wires.
4. Drawing moulding machine
Composed of an optical mould box and a grease lubrication rotary mould box with cooling function
5.Water tank
The length of the cooling water tank is 4500mm and the water volume can be adjusted according to the temperature of wire.
6. Tensile wheel
Production line motor is a 132KW variable frequency motor with a ZSY450 hard surface gear brake, which powers the entire line, produces tension together with deformer and keeps a low relaxation performance. The forged guide roller has a diametre of 3200mm and the hardness of its surface is more than HRC55.
7. Traction machine
The traction machine has a 11KW variable frequency motor and adopts the air-operated gantry type structure of a combining form of up 3 # down 3. The mechanical pressing control makes it easy to thread in the wire and assures proper pressure to avoid sliding so as to obtain a stable speed.
8. Hydraulic Shear reversing machine
This machine meets the requirement of fast shearing during production and automatic reversing to ensure continuous production.
9. Two sets of vertical take-up machines
A disk type recoiler of 5.5 KW motor, with flexible external and internal rings whose maximum external diametre is F2800, along with protective shield.
10. Operation methods
Operations between drums include main traction and auxiliary traction, while between recoilers include inching and mutual linkage. Automatic adjustment is applied.
