Description of Products
This series of Micro-computer controlled wire butt welders are used to weld low,medium and high carbon steel wire,stainless steel,alloy steel and nonferrous metal wire,especially suitable for high carbon steel wire.
* Rigid and long-lasting construction .Mechanic welding parameters are set simultaneously by one lever or one handwheel only.Annealing device is included in each standard machine,and the annealing distance can be adjusted.
* Welding,Keeping and Annealing output are controlled by micro-computer(PLC&MMI), Use power and time values to achieve an Annealing,Keeping and Welding result that can be accurately reproduced. Easy and quick operation by unskilled labour.
* Optional: Voltage stabilizing function,Can recognize and compensate for voltage variations.
*Optional: Three time-controlled segments annealing faction. This allows for optimal post-treatment of even the most critical materials.
