1. Structure Introduction
Bag filters dust collector are widely used as dust removal equipment. From the outside, the bag filter is mainly composed of a box and an ash hopper. Inside the box are fans, unloaders, and ash discharge valves. There will be access openings and burst vents specially designed for maintenance on the box.
The main accessories of the OYANG bag filter are dust bags and dust collector frames. The dust bag and the dust skeleton are the main internal structures of the bag filter. The skeleton of the dust collector plays a supporting role, and the dust filter bag filters the dust, thereby separating the dust and the flue gas.
2. Operating principle
The dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower part, and the impurities with large particles fall directly into the ash hopper. When the dust-laden gas passes through the pores of the filter material, the dust is trapped on the filter material, and the clean gas passing through the filter material is The discharge port is discharged. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of pulse flushing and fall into the ash hopper.
The ash in the ash hopper can be selectively added to the briquetting unit at the back end to compress the recyclable dust and large particles of impurities into brick-shaped blocks for use as downstream products or as biomass fuel to achieve plant revenue.
