SHC series hydrogen generator is devices with alkaline to generate hydrogen gas. It needs to add some alkaline before operation. During normal opearation, pure water or deminerized water is the only thing needed to add. It can generate 99.999% purity hydrogen and enjoys a competetive price, when compared with PEM QL series hydrogen generator.
They can be used for GC in the lab and ICP-MS as collision gas.
Technology Introduction
Traditional technology with electrolyzing lye to produce hydrogen gas.
Membrane in the cell is widely applied in the spaceflight electrolysis equipments. Pressure, gas flow, etc are all self-controlled by programs.
1. Easy operation, safe and reliable, adding lye only for one time, only replenishing distilled water, switching power on to produce gas (available for several sets of Gas Chromatagraphy)
2.Special devices for preventing backflow of lye.
3. Cylinder-shaped electrolysis cell, high grade stainless steel 316L used as material for electrolysis cell.
4. High electrolysis efficiency, gas purity and output flow will stay regular under continual use.
