Two Components System high pressure machine
Polyurethane foaming machine is a special equipment for infusion and foaming of polyurethane foam. As long as the polyurethane component raw materials (isocyanate component and polyether polyol component) performance indicators meet the formula requirements. Through the foaming equipment, uniform and qualified foam products can be produced
1.Using high-precision oblique-axis axial piston variable pump, accurate measurement and stable operation;
2.Using high-precision self-cleaning high-pressure mixing head, pressure jet, impact mixing, high mixing uniformity, no residual material after use, no cleaning, maintenance-free, high-strength material manufacturing;
3.Black and white material pressure needle valve is locked after balance, to ensure that there is no pressure difference between black and white material pressure;
4.The magnetic coupling coupling adopts high-tech permanent magnet control, no temperature rise and no leakage;
5.The mixing head adopts double proximity switch control to realize precise injection;
6.The function of timing cycle of raw materials ensures that the raw materials do not crystallize when the equipment is stopped.

Cyclopentane Series High Pressure Foaming Machine
The black and white materials are mixed with the premix of cyclopentane through the injection gun head of the high-pressure foaming machine and injected into the interlayer between the outer shell and the inner shell of the box or door. Under certain temperature conditions, the polyisocyanate (isocyanate (-NCO) in the polyisocyanate) and the combined polyether (hydroxyl (-OH)) in the chemical reaction under the action of the catalyst to generate polyurethane, while releasing a lot of heat. At this time, the foaming agent (cyclopentane) premixed in the combined polyether is continuously vaporized and the polyurethane is expanded to fill the gap between the shell and the liner.Features:
1. The metering is accurate, and the high-precision metering device is adopted, and the metering accuracy is high. The metering pump adopts a magnetic connection, which will never leak and has a long service life.
2. The mixing device adopts the L-type high-pressure self-cleaning mixing head, the nozzle diameter is adjustable, and the high pressure forms a mist to mix evenly.
3. High and low pressure cycle switching device, switching between working and non-working.
4. The temperature device adopts a cooling and heating integrated machine to control a constant temperature, with an error of <±2°C.
5. Electrical control, using 10-inch touch screen, PLC module control, controlling temperature, pressure and pouring flow, storing 99 recipes, and high degree of automation.
6. A material tank: polyether/cyclopentane material tank (individually designed white material room), with a concentration detector and a high-power exhaust system.

5.What is the PU raw material used with this polyurethane/polyurea foam casting machine?
Polyurethane which has two components polyol and isocyanate(poly and iso/mdi). Polyurea also can be used which helps to waterproofing and Anticorrosion and rust prevention. Polyurethane can be divided into two kinds, flexible foam and rigid foam. And flexible foam or rigid foam also has two kinds, open cell foam and closed cell foam.
