Pad-mounted type substation, also known as American or European prefabricated substation. It is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage switchgear according to a certain wiring scheme. It is usually used in urban urban and rural buildings, luxury villas, square parks, residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary power construction sites for receiving and distributing power in the power distribution system.
Zbw type substation has many advantages,like compact structure, strong completeness, convenient operation and maintenance, beautiful appearance and easy relocation. The floor area of box type substation with the same capacity is only 1/10~1/5 of that of traditional substation, which greatly reduces the design and construction workload and reduces the construction cost. In the distribution system, it can be used in the ring network distribution system, or in the dual power supply or radial terminal distribution system. It is a complete set of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural substations.
Product features
1.The shell is designed according to foreign technology, and has the characteristics of firmness, heat insulation, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, water prevention, small animal prevention, beautiful appearance, etc. There are many choices of shell materials, such as aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc.
2.High voltage switch gear choose xgn15, hxgn17 or kyn28a high voltage switchgear as incoming line, high voltage metering and high voltage outgoing line. The high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes, such as loop network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering elements can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. Load switch or vacuum circuit breaker is generally selected as the main switch, with compact and reasonable structure and perfect anti misoperation function
3.Low voltage switchgear choose GGD, GCS or MNS etc. as low-voltage incoming line, reactive power compensation and low-voltage outgoing line. The low-voltage side adopts panel type or cabinet mounted structure ,which can meet the power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and other functions. The main switch generally adopts ordinary load switch or intelligent circuit breaker, with flexible installation and simple operation.
4.The transformer can be fully sealed oil immersed transformer or dry-type transformer. The oil immersed transformer can be S9, S11, S13 or SH15, and the dry-type transformer can be scb11, scb12 ,scb 14 or scbh15. It can be freely configured according to the actual needs of customers, with many options and strong flexibility.
5.The top cover of the box is designed as a double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastic, which has a good heat insulation effect. Anti condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating and cooling devices are set in the transformer room. Dustproof device is set at the position corresponding to the shutter outside the door panel and side plate.
