The CF series impact crusher can realize conversion between coarse crushing and medium and fine crushing and is used for both purposes. It is suitable for coarse, medium, fine, and other operations with various materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a resistance strength not exceeding 350 MPa. It is widely used in mining, construction, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, and other industries.
1. By adjusting the installation position of the impact rack, the conversion between coarse crushing and medium-fine crushing can be achieved, and one machine can be used for both purposes.
2. The feed opening is larger and can be used for primary crushing during coarse crushing. The maximum feeding capacity is 1000mm.
3. When crushing construction waste, it can effectively prevent steel bars from being entangled.
Impact crushers use impact energy to break materials. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the material enters the blow bar action area, it is crushed by impact with the blow bar on the rotor, thrown to the impact device for grinding again, and bounces back from the impact lining. It goes to the plate hammer action area for re-crushing, and this process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the material discharge particle size and shape.
