Guangdong Bangbao Personal Care Products Co., Ltd. was estabilished in 2010 and innovated in 2016 by upgrading into international automated workshop. Bangbao has ≥10-year experience in manufacturing baby diapers, pull-up pants, sanitary napkins and baby wipe products. For now, Bangbao owns a production base of 68k m2 or 17 acres with 40k m2 of storage space controlled by automated storage system. The central air-conditioned workshop is classified as food grade and 10k-class Clean Room. The workshop holds 12 international full-automated production lines which maximally eliminate human intervene from the production process. Besides, Bangbao also offers both standard and customized solutions in absorbent core to satisfy various needs. The product's quality is guaranteed by 24H and whole-procedure supervision system which supports the Quality Control System with detailed and traceable information for every product. We also own a high standard dust-free Laboratory which examine the quality of our products thoroughly to offer a safe and hygienic service to our customer.
1. Are you a qualified manufacturer?
We are an ISO, CE, FDA approved manufacturer in baby diapers, sanitary napkins, baby wipes and other hygiene products.
2. Do you provide ODM/OEM service?
Yes, absolutely. We offer both design and production.
3. What is your MOQ?
Customized order requires MOQ over 100,000 pieces. For ordering our brands, 20GP is enough.
4. What is your delivery date?
For ODM/OEM customized order, 30 days after recieving deposit.
5. What is your payment terms?
T/T, 30% should be paid as deposit, and 70% balance should be cleared after production is done and before shipment.
6. Can you send free samples?
Of course, it is definitely a good way to ensure you with our product's quality. Freight prepaid is required according to actual fee.
7. Where is your factory located? Can I visit it?
We are located in Foshan, Guangdong, next to Canton and Hongkong. We are welcoming our customers to visit our factory and give us a chance to show you our capability in production and company management.
