LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric is a versatile material that can be used in various applications such as hall tents, event tents, wedding tents, official use tents, storage tents, and curve tents. It is a type of PVC Coated Fabric produced using a semi-coated machine with a high-strength scrim reinforcement. The scrim can be made from fiberglass, nylon, polyester, or a combination of these materials.
Our PVC Tent Fabric is the most popular choice among people worldwide. We offer excellent quality tent fabric in different weights, colors, and patterns. While many tents are made from cotton canvas, our fabric stands out with its heavy-duty PVC coated roof, ensuring strength and waterproofing. Some tents are entirely made from PVC coated fabric. Additionally, our fabric can be customized with an extra blackout layer in the middle for 100% dark effect.
LIVITE PVC Tent Fabric possesses several desirable properties, including airtightness, waterproofing, flame retardancy, mildew resistance, and abrasion resistance. We offer regular weights of 650g, 750g, and 850g, but we can also customize the fabric according to your specific requirements. The material is rolled onto a cardboard core and protected by a layer of kraft paper. The width of our PVC Tent Fabric ranges from 1.02m up to 3.2m, and the color can be customized to meet your preferences. Different embossing rollers can give the fabric various surface styles, such as glossy, matte, or embossed patterns.
