Solubility: Soluble in water, its aqueous solution is alkaline. >=10 g/100 mL (20ºC).
Characteristics: It is easy to weather in the air and then lose five molecules of crystal water to form Na2HPO4·7H20. At 100 °C, the crystal water is lost to form anhydrous substance and it breaks down into TSPP at 250 °C.
