Way of injection:
Injection Floderma Lipolytic for 3-5mm into fat layer of double chin or body, usually for 3-4mm deep for face, and 4-5mm deep for body.
The distance between each injection points should be around 10mm. Each injection point need 0.2-0.3ml for face, while 0.3-0.5ml for body. One injection treatment per week is needed. And there will be good result after 4-5 injection treatments.Up to 6 single treatments may be administered at intervals no less than 1 month apart. 

Injection technique
The safe and effective use of Floderma Lipolytic Solution depends on the use of correct number and locations for injections, proper needle placement and administration techniques.

1. Using a large bore needle, draw 1ml of Floderma Lipolytic Solution into a sterile 1ml syringe and expel any air bubbles in the syringe barrel.

2. Have the patient tense the platysma. Pinch the submental fat and using a 30 gauge (or smaller) 0.5 inch needle, inject 0.2ml of Floderma Lipolytic solution into the pre-platysmal fat next to each of the marked injection sites by advancing the needle perpendicular to the skin.

3. Injections that are too superficial(into the dermis)may result in skin ulceration and necrosis. Do not withdraw the needle from the subcutaneous fat during injection as this could increase the risk of intradermal exposure and potential skin ulceration and necrosis.

4. Avoid injecting into the post-platysmal fat by injecting Floderma Lipolytic solution into fat tissue at the depth of approximately mid-way into the subcutaneous fat layer.

5. If at any time resistance is met as the needle is inserted, indicating the possiblility of contact with fascial or nonfat tissue, the needle must be withdrawn to an appropricate depth before the injection is administered.

6. Avoid injecting into other tissues such as the muscle, salivary glands, lymph nodes and artery or vein.
