Heterogeneous sheet, ,like SPC FLOORING , offers a mix of layers - print layer, wear layer, backing and more,make the Vinyl Flooring looks like  wood, stone, ceramic, patterns and textures and an ideal flooring for stain resistance.

The various layers of sheet flooring in heterogeneous styles  is recommended for multi-family, hospitality and light commercial applications.


SPC FLOOR PRODUCTION PROCESS 
1. Mixing

Automatic metering according to raw material ratio → hot mixing of high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ºC, the function is to mix all materials evenly and remove moisture from materials) → cold mixing (cooling materials to prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ºC) → mix evenly by cooling;

2: Extrude

Add the twin-screw extruder for heating extrusion → enter the sheet die head for extrusion molding, the formed sheet passes through the four roller calender,  and the base material is fixed thickness → pasted with color film → pasted with wear-resistant layer → cooled → cut

3: UV tempering

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ºC; cold water temperature: 10 ºC

4: Slotting + Packaging

Cutting → slotting, trimming and chamfering → inspection → packaging

   We are a self-own factory, with an export license.

2. What's your MOQ?

 Best price based on big quantity. For standard profiles, we will not request MOQ. As well as for the first order of custom profiles, but in the second-order we will request you one container. 

3. Can you provide samples?

   Yes. We can send you the sample for free, but the express charges are on your side.

4. What's the delivery time for samples and mass production?

   (1). 2-3 weeks to open the new molds.

   (2). 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation of the order. 

5. What certification do you have? 

   We have ISO and SGS certification.
