A microfibre is defined as a yarn which contains filaments of less than 1 decitex perfilament ( dtexpf).
Conventional filament 2,6 - 6 dtexpf
Weight reduced polyester 1,2 - 1,6 dtexpf
Microfiber 0,3 - 1 dtexpf

MICROFIBER EFFECTS
• Softness,
• Absorbancy,
• Rapid cooling moisture transport,
• Anti creasing effect and stability,
• Special touch effect like 'Moist Touch' .
There are two different types of microfiber: split and non-split. Non-split is used for furniture-upholstery material or shirts, but it does not have cleaning properties like split microfiber. The more splits it has, the more effective as a cleaning cloth.

It is determined that the most effective microfiber towel on the market contains 16 segments per fiber. Microfiber containing fewer splits is also available to the detail and car wash industries at a lesser cost. This split yarn are woven from a premium blend of polyester and polyamide. During the manufacturing process, the microfiber is split, producing a multi-stranded fiber with a finer diameter than a human hair.
There are currently four common blends of microfibre we supply:
80% Polyester and 20% Polyamide
82% Polyester and 18% Polyamide
85% Polyester and 15% Polyamide
87% Polyester and 13% Polyamide
The 80% -20% ratio is the most popular blend in microfibre cleaning products. This blend will give the consumer a great wipe quality at a cost-effective price.

Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with Barmag WingsTM FDY lines, which ensure the highest level of quality and performance. Our yarn is extremely well packed, which contributes to low breakage during warping and high performance levels.
