The second layer is 10 Gauge Acrylic Brushed Liner and the third layer is Black Nitrile Sandy Coating.These gloves are very soft and comfortable to use. Coating a layer of Nitrile Sandy on the 3/4 of the gloves not only increases the anti-slip performance but also increases the heat insulation performance.
