ZJG series tube plate CNC deep-hole drilling machine is one of the deep-hole automatic control machine tools for special purpose.
There are both single axis processing and multiple axis processing function. The CNC programming automatic processing ensures the good quality such as the spacing of hole, diameter tolerance, verticality, harshness, etc. It's totally different from the traditional processing ways of multiple collections, which extremely improves the production capacity. There is also optional chip conveyor: outside chip conveyor gun drill or inner chip conveyor BTA.
ZJG series of tube plate CNC deep-hole drilling machine tools are suitable for varies of tube plate processing, such as tube heat exchanger, pressure vessel, condenser, evaporator, boilers, central air conditioning, seawater desalination system, oil refining system, etc.
