Scope:
The product is mainly used for the compression of wood chips, wood shavings, corn silage, rice husk, cottonseed hulls, licorice, fiber corncob, straw, hay, hops,and other scraps. the bagging is completed in one go while reducing transportation cost with easy storage benefit.
Features:
* It is suitable to compress and bag difficult strap of bulk materials.
* Output speed can reach 40-60 bales per hour, high efficiency.
* Compressed materials are easy to remove, ideal for environmental building materials, plant fertilizer, animal material, etc.
* It is electric button control with PLC system, can complete compressing bale through button by one time.
* It needs to put the package bag at the discharging port by manual before product out of the machine.
* Additive material controller can make the machine start work automatically. Feed material by manually or automatically, high degree of automation, saving manpower.
* Block size and voltage can be customized according to customers' reasonable requirements. Bales weight depends on different materials.
* Safety interlock, three-phase voltage, simple operation.
* The British imported seals, improve the service life of the cylinder.
* Oil pipe joint uses cone links without gasket, has no phenomenon of oil leak.
* The motor connects with pump directly to ensure 100% concentricity and prolong the service life of the pump.
