Q 1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading Company?
We are both manufacturer and trading company, we have our export license, only work for bags since 1998.

Q 2. What's the MOQ?
Usually, the MOQ is 500~2000 pcs, sometimes only 300pcs per style,in case clients can collect many styles in one order.

Q 3. What the materials you use for the bags?
We use the main materials include polyester, nylon, canvas, leather, PU, PVC and recycled polyester PET polyester,
PU with RCS or GRS, Cotton with GOT standard...and so on.

Q 4. Can you produce as per our customized designs? 
Yes, All bags per clients' customized sizes, colours, logos, styles,with high R&D capacity.

Q 5. What's the delivery time ?
Normally the production lead time is 45-60 days after order confirmed,to be discussed for each order.

Q 6. What's your sample policy?
1) Sample lead time: 7~10 days
2) For simple styles with not high prices, free samples can be sent to you by courier with freight collect.
3) Paid samples are available for complicated styles like laptop bags, camera bags,trolley bag...similar... ample charge will be returned to you after you place an order.

Q 7. How can you put our logos on the bag?
Silk-screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, leather patch, Metal plate, digital printing, uv printing,etc

Q 8. What's your payment methods?
1) T/T and Irrevocable L/C at sight.
2) We also can accpet other payment methods by negotiation.

Q 9. What's your package ?
1) Putting each bag into one polybag, then 10 pcs or 20 pcs or 30 pcs or 40 pcs or 50 pcs ......or 100 pcs into one export carton.
2) Custom packaging requirements are negotiable.
3) PDQ packing for some chain stores for examples Walmart,Walgreens,HEB.....in USA
4) For some E-commerce ORDER,we use express box and polymailer, convenient for clients to send goods 
to consumer without second packing.
