- The freezing drum, blade, metal sheet, casing, screws are made of food grade stainless steel SS304.
- Available with 10 rotation speeds for freezing drum. The rotation speed of freezing drum decides the shape of snow flake (Bingsu).
- Safe operation, with various measurements to protect machine from damage.
- Easy operation, with friendly HMI, just pressing a button to start machine.
- Dry snow, freezing drum is maintained around -25ºC during snow production, constant powerful freezing output makes ingredient frozen in few seconds.
- Auto cleaning, just press a button to conduct cleaning automatically.
- Water cooled condenser for heat dissipation. More compact configuration. No heat is dissipated to air. Comfortable air temperature for operator. The coolant water is heated to around 36 to 40ºC, and could be used as sanitary hot water. Heat recovery, free warm water.
- Available with flexible timer setting for each dish volume. Set production time for a dish, and remind the operator by flashing light and BUZZING.
- Rotation disc is optional.
