Fluoropolymer (PTFE) is one of the most corrosion-resistant materials, but it tends to degrade and lose its sealing properties over time. By replacing the PTFE-lined ball core with structural ceramics, the FCCV3 valve significantly enhances sealing performance and longevity, making it ideal for highly corrosive, particle-free, low-temperature, and low-pressure applications.

Product Structure Characteristics

• Advanced Sealing: Sealing between the two valve body pieces utilizes a flat + concave-convex surface seal, providing excellent sealing performance and effectively preventing external leakage.
• Enhanced Packing: Ample packing with excellent sealing performance, metal spring ensures automatic compensation, maintaining optimal sealing state at all times. The valve seat uses surface sealing.
• Innovative Design: Molded construction, multiple dovetail grooves in the valve body cavity, multi-sided valve stem, and perforated ball design. The split structure has a small cavity, preventing material accumulation.
