Basic functions:
Control system: self-developed control system, special development of FPC function, to achieve multiple groups of asynchronous splicing, to achieve length product die-cutting;
Tension control: According to the product status built-in sensor automatically adjust the control tension, equipment shutdown tension maintenance
Automatic correction: can realize the main feed axis Y direction automatic adjustment
Cut off alarm: After the shaft material is used up or cut off, the control equipment automatically stops to prevent the head from getting involved in the equipment
Tool seat control: Each tool seat independent servo drive control, each station independent start, stop, forward, reverse, synchronization, proportion, fine tuning and other functions
Feed shaft control: Each feed shaft is controlled by independent servo motor;
