Product Description
1.Materials and air are conveyed into the feeding bin through the duct. The dusty gas is filtered out by the dust collection device and discharged into the atmosphere. Most of the materials fall to the bottom of the feeding bin by their own weight. A small part is cleaned up by vibration of the dust collection back-blowing device and falls to the bottom of the silo.
2.According to the electrical control program, the powder is transported to the next process in an orderly manner through the pneumatic powder disc valve - pipe flexible connection according to the plan.
3.For materials due to agglomeration characteristics of caking, arching, bridging, blockage and other problems caused by poor material transport, the use of activation hopper, pneumatic knocking hammer, broken arch air disc, internal increase in the form of mixing and other multi-combination effect, in order to achieve unhindered material transport.
