Paste like anti caking agent
1. Scope of use
Suitable for anti caking treatment of granular fertilizers, ordinary compound fertilizers, high nitrogen compound fertilizers, NPK and other products.
2. Usage method
Add the anti caking agent into a dissolution tank with a stirring slurry, heat it to 70 ºC~80 ºC to completely dissolve the anti caking agent and mix it evenly. After being pressurized by a metering pump, spray it onto the surface of the fertilizer in the wrapping bucket, and wrap it evenly by rotating the wrapping bucket. The dosage of anti caking agent should be determined according to the nitrogen content of the fertilizer, generally ranging from 0.8-2kg/ton of fertilizer.
3. Characteristics
3.1 Direct use, no need to add oil additives.
3.2 Heating, melting and spray are required during use.
3.3 This product is a light yellow paste like substance.
