All equipment in this tender, wherever necessary and feasible, will be packed within solid wooden cases and suitably protected with packing materials to minimize any risk of damage during transportation.
OPTION SPACER
With an extra spacer of 300mm you can increase the inside height with 300mm.The extra spacer makes it possible to bend the glass with a larger radius
OPTION COVER
A cover makes it possible to remove the car from under the kilntop sooner to speed up production.
SPARES
Full compliment of necessary spares for 1 year running period.
INSTALLTION, COMMISSIONING AND TRAINING
For the complete installation, commissioning and one week training customer's personnel the manufacturer will send one specialists for one working week's time.
The cost of this work is USD50- per working day per person.
Air tariff, transportation from and to the airport, air-tickets, visa cost, boarding, meals, daily transport and insurance to be provided by the customer.

Control system
The furnace is automatic control by PLC control system, includes the followings:- Process parameters storage and recall, such as glass thickness, size, color, glass type and maybe different sources of float glass and etc. Whenever you produce a new order for different thickness, size, color, type, source and etc., you just enter the process parameters, and the system will memorize these process data. Next time, when you have the re-order, or the same order, you can re-call the data, and the machine will automatically use the stored processing data to produce.
- Controller for the temperature control
- Thermocouple is measuring the temperature of indoor air in the furnace, The operating value of the overheating cover cannot be set over 1000oC.

Other items will be required to put plant into operation and these are listed below and are excluded from our offer::- Foundation (this offer assumes a flat solid concrete factory floor of load bearing capacity to accommodate plant weight).
- Main incoming cabling and connections.
- Glass and labor for commissioning.
- Any electrical filtration or power factor correction systems that may be needed.
