PUR UCH5068
Description:
PUR UCH5068 is a single-component reactive hot-melt polyurethane adhesive, suitable for the bonding of various substrates in the composite industry, such as various textile fabrics, TPU, PVC and other materials.
Product features:
1, Moderate operating temperature, excellent initial adhesion;
2, Good application performance, has good adhesion to a variety of materials
Specifications:
Usage:
1, Coating amount (dry weight): Roller coating or spraying, coating weight is usually between 5~40g/m2;
2, Temperature Roller: wheel or nozzle temperature is generally controlled at 90~120ºC;
3, Compound pressure: Compound pressure should be increased as much as possible without affecting product performance;
4, Curing time: The composite material can be glued, the recommend temperature is not less than 25ºC, the air humidity is not less than 30% of the curing time is not less than 48h.
5, Cleaning: Recommend professional hot melt and solvent cleaning agent.
Matters needing attention
All products should be used in one time after opening. The viscosity of the remaining products increases when heated, and it is recommended that the crusting or jelly state cannot be used.
Do not mix this product with other adhesive resin, if necessary, please consult our technical department.
