Fiberglass Rope Description:
The fiberglass rope is made of continuous filament texturized C or E glass yarns and is extremely strong, resilient, and flexible. Fiberglass rope is intended for high-temperature applications up to 1000ºF. The rope consists of a fiberglass yarn core with a fiberglass braided jacket to form an exact diameter for controlled compression seals. Fiberglass rope is manufactured in both dense and soft. It can be round or square depending on the customer's need.
Fiberglass Rope Features:
1. Insulation: Fiberglass rope is used for a variety of insulation materials, such as blankets, fire curtains, and insulation and wrapping of copper and other metal pipes and conduits.
2. High-temperature seals: This material is often used for gasket seals in boilers, ovens, and furnaces. Its high-temperature resistance makes it suitable for continuous temperature environments up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit (about 540 degrees Celsius).
3. Industrial packaging: Fiberglass rope is widely used in high-temperature industrial packaging and expansion joints due to its high-temperature and chemical resistance.
4. Heat-resistant applications: In the automotive manufacturing, chemical processing, oil and gas refining, and construction industries, fiberglass rope is used to handle components in extreme temperatures due to its heat and stress resistance.
