Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat are made of chopped strands 50mm in length, produced with a dry process, randomly disperse the chopped glass fiber on the net then bond the glass fiber together by the polyester binder in powder or emulsion.

Application
Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is mainly used in the fields of FRP products with four major processes such as hand lay-up, mold pressing, and injection molding process. The typical products are FRP panels, FRP tanks, FRP boats, automotive parts, cooling towers, and so on.
Packing
Fiberglass chopped strand mat is usually rolled in a paper tube with an inner diameter 76mm. The roll is warped with plastic film, then put into a carton. Lay the rolls horizontally, and can be loaded on pallets and bulk in containers.
Storage
The product should be stored in a cool, water-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be always maintained at 15ºC to 35ºC and 35% to 65% respectively. Please keep the product in its original packaging before being used, avoiding moisture absorption.
