This type is accurate size cutting machine, mainly used to cut polyester/viscose fiber and tow, Polypropylene fiber, Terylene fiber, Dacron fiber, Metal fiber, Carbon fiber, Basalt fiber, Glassfiber, Aramid fiber, coconut fiber etc.
Materail feed through pressing roller which controled by pneumatic control, then cutted through the moving and fixed bladed into requested size. The cutting size adjusted through the wheel on manual type, or setting on panel screen on PLC type.
PLC type normally used to cut short size which below 1mm.
Cutted materail widly used in construction material, special paper making, painting making, battery, spinning and other processing.
