Linsen Film Faced Plywood is made by high strength plywood and surface impregnated paper. Normally, high strength birch plywood will be used as the base board and phenol resin or melamine resin impregnated paper is the surface material. Our film faced plywood will have the performance of decoration, fire-proof, water-proof, Anti-Skidding due to the perfect combination.
The concave-convex grains on the anti-skid plywood are made by embossed stainless steel template in the process of hot press filming. And also, abrasion-resistant layer can be added to the surface impregnated paper so that the our film faced plywood can be anti-skidding & abrasion resistant at the same time.
Face & Back veneer thickness is above 0.8mm.
Surface impregnated paper weighs 130g/(other options are also available)
Longitudinal veneers are full rotary-cut veneers and Horizontal veneers are made by automatic CNC veneer builder. Veneers are bonded by genuine Phenol Glue (PF, WBP Grade).
