Description:
The equipment is mainly used to weld straps of different materials to the filter cartridge by ultrasonic welding to replace manual gluing. The equipment has more suitable materials, can make the process reach higher working conditions, can freely adjust the length, diameter, etc., which is several times the efficiency of manual gluing.

Main Function:
1. Automatic feeding: The feeding system adopts stepper motor control and automatic positioning and pushing to ensure that the spacing of each strap is the same and the product consistency is higher.
2. Precise discharging: The bottom tooth die width is increased to be more accurate and convenient.
3. Automatic welding banding: equipped with 2 groups of 15K 2600W high-power ultrasonic, automatic welding banding, high welding strength.
4. Fixed-length cutting strap: Equipped with 20K 2000W ultrasonic cutting strap to ensure that the incision is smooth and not loose.
5. Lifting feeding function: When the strapping belt is welded, the cylinder is automatically fed forward after the material is topped. This function prevents the fabric from getting stuck in the middle of the tooth mold and is more perfect for conveying the cloth.
