Fire Extinguisher A Refilling Machine
Dry Powder refilling machine is used to refill dry powder for both portable dry powder fire extinguishers and the larger mobile trolley units. When the machine is turned on, a powerful vacuum suctions the dry powder and deposits into the empty cylinder. The height of the machine can be adjusted to provide a good fit for the cylinder opening.
All parts of the machine can individually be replaced by your local hardware shop.
Dry powder and weighing machine are to be purchased separately.
- As with all industrial machines , operators must be well trained and familiar with the operation.
- Before operating the machine, ensure that hose connections are secure and that there are no obvious signs of damage on the machine.
- Training on the usage of the machine is provided.
- Different types of dry Powder should not be mixed. Mixing dry powder will cause caking.

REQUIREMENTS
• Powder for performing the refilling & weighing scale to check the agent weight.
• As with all powder refilling procedures, do not mix powder when performing refilling.
