Introduction
The flame detector is a Infrared/ultraviolet flame detector produced by our company. The equipment adopts high-performance sensor (infrared wavelength 2.2μm/3.8μm/4.4μm/5.3μm, ultraviolet wavelength 185 ~ 260nm), infrared wavelength 4.4μm sensor has high sensitivity to carbon dioxide generated by hydrocarbon combustion. The uv sensor is very sensitive to the ultraviolet radiation emitted by the flame. Other sensors filter the ambient light and ambient thermal radiation infection to better avoid the interference of the ambient environment on the detection results. Microcontroller technology, combined with sophisticated SMD process manufacturing, has good repeatability and temperature and humidity characteristics, long service life, easy to operate and other advantages.
The flame detector can not only give early alarm to organic compound combustion flame, but also has good alarm performance to inorganic combustion flame.
It's suitable for the industries of petroleum, petrochemical refineries, pipelines, chemical plant, coking plant, oil depot and gas station, CNG, LNG, wine library, spray paint room, drilling platform, city gas, boiler room, metallurgical industry, fire engineering, ships, electric power industry and so on easy to produce liquid or gas fire, smokeless fire and explosion.
