ALUTILE® Fire-resistance Aluminum Composite panel adopt the inorganic composite flame retardant and nanometer fire-resistance core material. Through the National Fire Building Materials Quality Inspection Center, it has reached Class B1 and A2 as per Standard EN13501.

2. Light weight and easy to process
The core layer is made of high strength, low density and high toughness materials, which can decrease the loss during an earthquake. The processing such as cutting, planning, bending to arc and several configurations in right angle can be done by some simple woodworking tools. Designers can also make the flexibility in the panel. The installation work is going to be easy and fast. For this reason, it can save the cost.
3. Super weather resistance
PVDF coating based on hylar5000 or kynar500 has unique advantages in corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and weather resistance, which will not damage the appearance of the product no matter in the hot sun or in the cold wind and snow.
4. Excellent high peeling strength
The core layer is made from nanometer high efficient flame retardant, melted with high molecular binding materials. The peeling strength doesn't have any change when the temperature from -50 degree to 80 degree and circling 20 times.
5. Coating evenness, multiple colors
Since applied the chemosynthesis treatment and Henkel technology, the adhesion between the paint and panel becomes evener, having multiple colors. There is more space for your choice to the color with individuality.
6. Impact resistance
The impact resistance and toughness are strong.The coating layer can not be crashed when it's bent. The panel cannot be damaged when in a strong windy and sandy condition.
7. Easy to maintain
Good self-cleaning, even in some areas with serious pollution, it can only be cleaned with neutral detergent, and the panel will be as new for a long time after cleaning.
