Fish peptone F21 is produced from fresh Fish through steps of "controlled enzymatic activity; accurate filtration; vacuum concentration; spray drying" at the plant. It favors the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms for medical industry.
Physical property:
Whitish to yellowish powder, easily soluble in water, easily absorbing moisture with high adhesive performance as a result.
Application:
It is rich in the nutrients required for bacterial metabolism. Source of organic nitrogen in culture media for:
- Analytical microbiology
- Industrial fermentation (such as: for production of antibiotic medicine etc)
Packing & storage:
In paper drums or cartons, with separate inner polyethylene liner.
It is hygroscopic product, stored at cool and dry area & away from heat and moisture.

Certificate of Analysis supplied for each delivery.
