MRE Heater Introduction:

The MRE Heater, also known as Flameless Ration Heater (FRH), is a water-activated, eco-friendly heater specifically designed to heat an individual soldier's eight-ounce meal.

It heats food safely and quickly without fire. Raises the temperature of an 8 oz food pouch by at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit. No flame or electricity needed. Activates with just 2 oz of plain water, ready to enjoy in 10-12 minutes.

How to Use It?

The FRH is individually packaged in a sturdy, leak-proof polybag that serves as the heating container for the MRE.

1) Tear open the heater sleeve at the top arrow. Insert the unopened meal pouch into the sleeve.

2) Add plain water up to the 'Fill Line'.

3) Fold over the top of the heater sleeve. Fold the sleeve over the meal, then use the label to secure the folded pouch to the heater pouch.

4) Place the heater next to the MRE food portion and slide both back into the MRE heater pouch.

5) In just 12 minutes - enjoy your meal.A Hot MealAnytime, Anyplace.

6) Discard the heater and bag after use.
