Brief Description
YK-100/150(F,Y,T) shock-resistant pressure gauge is widely used for measuring pulsating pressure in the fields of petroleum ,coal, geology .It also can measure severe pulsating pressure.
Having excellent performances of shock-resistant . It can not only measure severe pulsating pressure but also bear transient pressure and shock in mounting.Having clog-proof ability. Measured media can't enter gauge which allows media can be high viscous, easy condensed matter, such as mud.Having dependable sealing and corrosion-proof ability. Gauge can be used in adverse environment (such as in the open air, high humidity).

Principle & Structure
Gauge consists of sealing gasket ,a set of diaphragm, plate spring ,driving, indicating and house. The pulsating pressure from measured media which actuates to gasket, becomes steady by diaphragm, since the flow rate is limited when fluid flowing through capillary pipe, the pulsating pressure is attenuated .And the plate spring is forced to distort which causes the dial to turn , thus the measured pressure is indicated.
Operation Direction
- Gauge should be mounted in vertical direction .And mustn't attach any dampers in mounting location ,and keep the gauge be as near as possible to the mounted site.
- The gauge should be kept between 1/3~2/3 of upper limit to guarantee life and accuracy .
- If ambient temp. deflects from 15ºC~25ºC, please consider temp. error.
- Don't fill the gauge with any other oil .
- Please loosen the oiling screw to release inner pressure while operating and tighten up screw again to prevent leaking before dismantling .
- The gauge should be inspected regularly, and inspect and repair the gauge before using again.
