1.Magnetic Cylinder of HCR is designed as “Bolted Bearer” with Bearers hardened to 60 – 62 Rockwell, to ensure the cylinder’s durability and stability.  
2.Use high-quality permanent magnet ensure strong adsorption capacity. As for small diameter roller,part of the region use super magnet to ensure the knife plate not move on the roller surface which caused by material friction .
3.Each of the cylinders equipped with a gear according to the design requirement of the machine manufacturer. Precision machining and anti-rust treatment is one of the key for normal operation.
4.Choose excellent stability and high-strength glue to make sure the surface of the magnetic cylinder roundness and smoothness.
5.The outer circle accuracy, shoulder, body and shaft of roller within the scope of 3 microns. Precise roundness is the first condition of uniform rotary die-cutting.
6. Interval precision between shoulder and body within the scope of 1 micron, which in line with international standards.
