BA-SERIES GRAVURE INK FOR BOPP LAMINATED FILM
BA-series gravure ink for BOPP laminated flm is an ester soluble ink made of chlorinated polypropylene as the main resin, applicable to gravure printing and lamination of light packaging material with BOPP as its printing substrate.
1. Suitable for reverse printing on BOPP film with surface tension ≥38dyn.
2. Suitable for the process of dry lamination,PE-extrusion lamination and solvent-free lamination, while not suitable for PP-extrusion lamination proces.
3. Suitable for light packaging products, while not suitable for retort packaging.
APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS
1. Ester solvent performs as the main solvent of BA-series ink, as well as the major dilution solvent in the printing process.
2. Excellent printability, suitable for all kinds of gravure printing from low speed to high speed.
3. The printing residual solvents are very low, in line with environmental protection, safety, non-toxic and hygienic requirements.
