1.What is the material of the boat?
We use Marine grade 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy as the raw material. As a marine grade, the 5 series aluminum alloy has excellent anti-corrosion and rust resistance. Secondly, the aluminum can be sprayed in any color we want.
2.Can I assemble your Boat locally?
For pontoon boat, of course, our dealers usually have the ability to assemble them, and pontoon boats are simple and easy to assemble, which also saves some shipping costs.
But for house boat, since it is a one-piece aluminum welded frame with waterways, circuits and furniture, we strongly do not recommend that customers send it for assembly in a 40FT container. Some unexpected problems may make your total cost higher.
3.How do you transport a houseboat?
Because the houseboat width is more than 2.3M, we have to via 40FT Flat Rack High Cube for shipment, capable of transporting houseboat up to 11.6M long (38 FT), 4M wide (13FT) and 4M high (13FT).
Of course, size is not a problem for us, as long as you have sufficient budget to meet the cost and sea freight increase caused by the increase in size.
4.What are the main configurations of the houseboat?
House boat is fully equipped, including complete electrical system (batteries, solar panel, inverter) complete water system (water pump, clean water tank, grey water tank)
Finished kitchen (Stoves,sink, refrigerator,) as well as sofa, mattress, toilet, etc
But the engine is optional, the horsepower depends on your budget, it is recommended in the range of 60HP to 110Hp, the house boat does not need to be very fast.
5.Can you accept customization?
Whether it is pontoon boat or houseboat, we can accept customization, but we do not recommend customers who are not familiar with such products to start with customization, we will listen to the suggestions of customers.
6.What is your lead time?(Delivery time)
Usually the production time for 3 to 10 units pontoon boat is about 30~35 days.
Since houseboat has been busy, the lead time will be about 3 months.
