Pipe cleaner duct cleaning machine is mainly used for internal cleaning of chemical pipe in chemical plant, dust cleaning of central air conditioning duct, internal cleaning of flour mill pipe, etc.
1. Adjustable speed, adjustable speed of pipe sweeper, suitable for dust cleaning inside different
pipes. The maximum speed can reach 1400 rpm, and the high-speed descaling force is stronger.
2. With soft shaft protection function, when the front part of the soft shaft clear brush appears in the
inside of the pipe, the machine will automatically protect the soft shaft, which is the soft shaft stop
working.
3. The motor has high power and can be used with soft shafts of different diameters. It can clean
pipes of 30-500 mm diameter and has wider utility points.
4. Wear-resistant sheath, high temperature resistant, wear resistant, hard and bendable.
5. The transmission adopts 65 manganese spring steel material, the torque is strong and powerful,
and the spiral design can work under any bending state.
6. Double suction design of vacuum cleaner, the two vacuum cleaners are doubled at the same time
as ordinary vacuum cleaners, and the dust-absorbing design of the sweeping edge is better for
descaling of pipes within 500 mm diameter.
