The powder particles in the fluidized bed are in a fluidized state and preheated and mixed with heated air. The hot air is continuously used to dry the particles and evaporate the moisture in the particles. This process is carried out continuously to eventually form ideal, uniform, porous particles.

FL series fluidized bed drying granulator is the equipment that combines mixing, granulation, and drying in one closed container.
The equipment is of vertical structure, it is generally composed of blower, air filter, heater, fluidized bed host ( composed of bottom barrel, middle barrel,top barrel, and material trolley), induced draft fan and control cabinet. Depending on the nature of materials, cyclone separator or bag filter can be selected as required. The structure is simple and easy to operate.
