2K Topcoat
1. Product features: TWO-component (2K) topcoat finish complete varieties, bright color, good covering power, good leveling, the use of supporting hardener and universal diluent can get bright film, color and light retention, high hardness, chemical resistance.
2. Application: Suitable for all kinds of vehicle coating or partial repair, can also be used in furniture and industrial products coating.
3. Suitable substrate: polished and completely dry and clean middle coat, old coat, epoxy primer and other surface coating.
4. Mixing ratio (volume ratio) : 100:50:10-15
5. Viscosity and time limit: Mix well before use. Adjust the viscosity to 13-15 seconds (4 cups, 20ºC). The time limit is 4 hours /25ºC.
6. Construction requirements: Use 1.3-1.5mm caliber spray gun, air pressure 3-5 bar, spray 2-3 monolayers, film thickness of about 30-50um, each spray interval of about 10-15 minutes.
7. Drying time: 30 minutes at room temperature without sticking dust, 2 hours to touch, 8 hours to assemble, completely dry solid for two days. Bake at 60ºC, non-stick dust for 5 minutes, 10 minutes can touch, 30 minutes can be assembled, 50 minutes completely dry solid.
8. Matters needing attention
(1) Each spray should not be too thick to avoid running, prickly heat or solvent holes.
(2) In order to ensure the spraying effect, please use special curing agent and diluent for 2K surface paint.
