What is Ascorbic acid?
In meat products: accelerate the coloring effect of nitrite; In canned fruits and vegetables: inhibit product browning; In beer, beverages, etc.: become a deoxidizer; In grain and oil products: as an improver, it also serves as a nutritional enhancer for flour and bread.
